Couldn't register to view Car Insurance Policy Account
Hi, I took out a car insurance policy with Tesco Insurance 2 months ago. I would like to register so I could view and manage my account. However, despite several attempts, I came to no avail.
This keeps showing up:
We couldn't complete your registration for Tesco Bank Online Banking. Please check your details and try again, or, if you're sure the details you entered are correct, please contact us.
I am absolutely sure my details are correct and I couldn't find a phone number where I could call to contact tesco insurance. All it did was lead me to this and I have no idea where to message @CET privately as I keep seeing in numerous posts.
This is not at all user friendly!!! Please advise!

Hi @Rachaellai, can you give us a quick call on 03453668631 to discuss this as if all the information was entered correctly then it should let you register. Lines are open Mon - Fri 8am - 9pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 5pm.
