I have just completed the online form with the above to complain about Tesco Bank failing to meet their Section 75 claim obligations in a timely manner (it has been a long time coming, I should have done it weeks ago). It was REALLY simple and took no more than five minutes. Anybody who is unhappy with Tesco Bank SHOULD DEFINITELY do this because it is the only way to address Tesco Bank’s appalling indifference to its customers and the hardship their delays are causing.You may not get a personal reply but the CMA will collate all complaints and take action against Tesco if a complaint is serious enough or when the number of complaints hits a certain threshold. Use the above to complain about any issue, and also, do the same utilising the Financial Ombudsman website. You will find both websites by a simple ‘search’, I cannot post them here because Tesco will remove the details (I wonder why - NOT)!
