Cheque - lost in the post?

I had no idea that cheques have to be posted, so I posted it Monday morning, tried to send registered but couldn’t as there isn’t a ‘postcode’ on the address as I am worried it will go missing. I’ve looked at the timescales for processing and I would like to know how long the whole process takes it is now 4 business days since posting .. nothing in my account yet ? Thanks

Hi @Rachaelbayn83, I'm sorry to hear about this. The postal address for our cheques doesn't require a postcode and these cheques will be processed as soon as we receive them. If you send a private message to @Tesco-Bank with your full name, DOB and postcode, we can check to see if this has been received.
