I'm sorry to hear that and I completely understand your worries. You'd be best giving our Car Insurance team a call and they'll do everything they can to support you through this. However, there's no need to call us unless you are in immediate financial difficulty. So that means if you haven't missed a payment yet, there isn't much we can do at the moment. We can help and put the right things in place once a payment has been missed, but until then we are limited. Although, we are able to move the direct debit date at any point if that would help you. When you need to contact them, the Car Insurance team are available on 0345 246 2895 (Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 2pm Sun: Closed). Hope this helps - Chris
