Cannot amend details in Insurance Account

    Hi,I've recently been sent my car insurance renewal but need to amend some of the details. I created a Insurance Account and which I have logged in successfully and can see my details for my current policy. However, there appears to be no option to change any of the current details and there doesn't appear to be any documents uploaded. I would normally just phone and change the details but as you are propably aware this incurs a cost so i would prefer to do it online. Any advice as to proceed? Many thanks in advance,Matt

    Hi , I'm sorry to hear that. We wouldn’t charge for any changes during the renewal period so in this instance can you give us a call to update your renewal? You can reach us on 0345 078 3895 and opening hours are Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm, Sat: 9am - 5pm, Sun: 9am - 5pm.
