Can't switch to paperless - Error shown in the Online banking

    Hi Tesco team, I would like to switch to paperless but every time I get to the settings of my account I get an error (see attached images). I've tried using different browsers and the error happens on them all. Could you look at that, please?

    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' for someone from the Tesco team to check this out and assist you with an appropriate response.
    Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    They will help you to get onto online banking.

    There’s a glitch here for sure but we can get that put right for you
    Please send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' to switch your account to paperless, and they will arrange this for you.
    1. Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    2. In the top right of the page click onto 'Send a Message'.
    3. A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    4. Complete it and send your message securely.
    5. Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    6. Tesco Bank will reply to your private message to confirm it’s all done
