hello, looking for some advice please. i have a house booked for the 15-17th May for 15 people. it was paid in 3 instalments using my Tesco C/C. is there a way i can claim a refund - i have spoken with the owner of the house who has refused a refund and only offering to change the date as long as its within 12months. however we dont know if or when we will be able to rebook - he has said he cant afford to refund me as he is waiting on government grant but still wont refund me even when this happens! im worried what should i do as it is only 2 weeks away can i claim through tesco c/c and if so how do i do this as it was 3 instalments?

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. how do i do it though as it only asks for 1 date of payment but i have 3 instalments paid over time ?
Sorry to hear you're having an issue with it.
Can you complete it 3 times, once for each payment?
