I have been a member for a number of years and have recently moved to Spain. I am trying to update my details but my devices are no longer recognised and I cannot download the mobile app. Any suggestions or do I just stop using Tesco Bank?
Hi @PatD, we can send you a Temporary Security Number (TSN) through the post which will reset your online banking and allow you to get logged in again. This can take between 3-5 business days to arrive and will be valid for 30 days – if you would like me to arrange this for you, pleasesend @Tesco-Bank an private message and confirm your full name, DOB and postcode.
