Applying for a Loan Online

    Hi, a couple of weeks ago I applied for a loan online using my Ipad. I had terrible problems because the system kept saying I needed to log into my account and when I did it kept saying I was timed-out. Anyway I thought I had got to the end of the application but have heard nothing from Tesco since although I thought I had been given a reference number. I thought I would try again today but this time used by laptop instead of my ipad. I tried using Internet Explorer and Chrome but on both occasions when trying to apply for a loan I was asked to log-in. I logged in and then clicked on apply for a loan and it told me to log in again. I was sent round and round in circles quite a few times before giving up. Am I experiencing these problems because Tesco does not want me to apply for a loan?
