Applied for balance transfer- missing funds

    Hi, I have recieved my card and activated it today. I applied for the balance transfer, on the application it asked for the account number and amount i would want to transfer, (it didn't ask for the name of the company)The limit is £2,600 but availible balance is £897.66, is this because of the balance transfer? It doesn't say anything on the app about a balance transfer I have, but the money isn't their

    Hi Helen, thanks for getting in touch. If you enter the information for a balance transfer in your application then we'll have the balance transfer set up and ready to go. To go ahead with the transfer you just need to activate your card, however it can take 2-3 working days to process once the card has been activated. This is why your available balance might show differently to what you expected. I hope this clarifies things for you – Christina
