Keep getting hassled on the phone because I'm in financial difficulty but I've sent in budget sheet and what I can afford and still phone keeps ringing. Why can't Tesco acknowledge my letters in writing?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been receiving these calls @Tonymichele. In some cases, it can be easier to speak to our Repayment team, as we receive a lot of correspondence and it can take time for us to respond. Have you tried to get through to the team when they call? If you hold on the line, you'll be able to speak to someone who can stop the calls and make sure your information is updated.
