I need to discuss my account(s) with you but don’t want to call, what else can I do?

We understand it can be difficult to get in touch and discuss your personal circumstances. The sooner you contact us the sooner we can try to help. The methods of contact available are by telephone and post.

If you are worried about calling, we can call you back when you’re in a private place. Lines are open Mon-Thu 8am-9pm, Fri 8am-8pm and Sat 8am-5pm. Although you can request this in writing, the quickest way to arrange this is by calling and we will arrange a call back at a time that suits you.

I need to get in touch with somebody about my credit card account and arrears.  I need an email address.  I have written to you by post and you write back saying you had agreed a payment plan, a few weeks after 2 payments of this you have now written to me saying "actually we've changed our minds and you need to pay the full amount owing"!  I am unable to do this.  I need an email address to contact somebody please.  Please don't give me a telephone number!!!  

@Vics I'm afraid that we are not able to discuss accounts via email, so there is no contact email we can provide. We would need to speak to you on the telephone to look into this.
