What is the BIc and IBAN code.   I need a refund from a co. Abroad.  Details on here is old.  I cannot check my account as am locked out.  Thanks

Hello Joan1060. This happened to me and it's very frustrating.

Tesco said contact France (Banque Populaire) and the BP said contact Tesco. There was no resolution.

If you are having the same problem as I had (the code comes up automatically as MIDL**** and not TPF**** as shown on the statement information) there is no way to alter it, and no-one wanted to take it up here or there.

I solved it for me by having it paid into another bank account which DID work. Really annoying and frustrating.

The Tesco staff on this site should come up with the BIC and IBAN for you, or you could phone.

At any rate this should be sorted - it's not acceptable. Maybe one for the Ombudsman eventually.

I may post more if I can get hold of my original posting, but suggest it's a phone call.

Hi @Joan1060, thanks for getting in touch. If you can send us a private message, we can help get you back online so that you can access your accounts for this information.
