I want to amend or cancel one of my direct debits



We cannot make any changes to any existing direct debits and you will need to contact the company directly to do this (unless this is for a Tesco Bank product).




Although we can cancel direct debits, you must provide 3 working days notice and we would always recommend cancelling this directly with the company as well. You can cancel your direct debits via online banking or by calling Customer Services
