You will need to order a PIN reminder. This should arrive within 3 - 5 working days and can be requested by logging in to your Online Banking. Once logged in;
Once received you will need to visit a Link ATM machine and choose PIN services, then follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your PIN.
Customer services cannot unlock this and you will still need to visit a Link ATM once you have received a reminder.
My wife has a card on my Tesco credit card account. She cannot use it because the PIN is different to mine and she does not know what it is. There is no obvious way of arranging for this to be resolved using any online facility. How can she overcome this?
Hi @Jaguar, I'm afraid that there is not a way to request a secondary card PIN reminder online. However, if you give us a call anytime on 0345 300 4278 we can take some details and arrange for this to be sent.
If you need reminding of an existing pin then to unlock your card once the reminder arrives requires you to ring Tesco Bank before you go to an atm. This enables Tesco to unlock it ‘their’ end first. If you omit this stage then you cannot unlock it at an atm and just waste your time and patience. At least that’s what I found.
Locked out of online banking. I have recently changed pc and also a new mobile number. How can i get this resolved
Hi @tunde88, if you give our Online Helpdesk a call on 0345 300 3511 (Mon -Sun 8am - 7:30pm) they can update your number for you so you can log in straight away.
Thanks @RossM .I am currently out of the country. can't seem to get through to the helpdesk. is there another way of contact to get pin sent to my Uk address.
