I don't recognise a transaction on my account?

Debit card transactions may appear under a different name to the shop they were purchased in, which can sometimes cause confusion. If you aren't sure of a transaction, we would suggest you look back through your statement to see if you have paid money to the same person/retailer before. They can also take a few days to come off your account so have a think if you have been anywhere different that this could relate to.

If you still think this could be a fraudulent transaction, please refer to our disputed transactions and chargebacks section for how to contact us.

Hi there,

Can you please help me out. I have been asked to contact you by paypal in order to cancel a charge back. The charge back is for company wish.com (**sensitive info removed**01), transaction nr. **sensitive info removed** on 21/04/202 for £124.00 and transaction nr. **sensitive info removed** on 19/04/2020 for £62.00

Can you let me know if there is a charge back for these two amount.

Wish.com will not allow me to access my wish.com account until this charge back has been lifted.

Can you let me know if anything can be done.
