How do I view my statements and documents online?

To view your statements and documents online, log in to Online Banking, click on your account and then select Manage account on the right hand side.

Select either View your statements or View all documents from the Your document store on the right-hand side of the Account Overview. The last 20 items for all your accounts will be displayed.

If the statement or document you want is not displayed automatically, you can search for these by selecting your account and the document type from the drop-down menus.

You cannot view statements for closed accounts, only ones that are open.

Please note:

View your statements will only show your statements.

View all documents will show all documents including statements.


I received an email alerting me that I could view my statement online. However, everytime I follow these instructions to view it, when I select "View your statements" the system just logs me off.

If you could include your DOB, postcode, browser that you're using and if possible a screenshot too then we'll investigate further 🙂

I ran into issues with logging in when the feature has just come out as well. Nevertheless, I do hope they will develop something in order to fill out and send the one's statements online too, it would be quite a nice thing. Once I saw something like this here [Link Removed] and it came to my mind that all the bank papers are also capable of being moved online, not only tax forms and else

I notice that your customers for years have had trouble login in to their accounts.....logged out ,blocked, needs mobile number, can use home number but no drop down box then after a call hey presto two boxes appear..
