You can send money within the UK using Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App.
To use Online Banking, simply Log in and click on your account and then select Manage account in the top right hand corner.
Select Move money out on your Account Overview
To send money to an account you've paid into before:
* Choose the payee from the drop-down menu, then Continue
* You can enter a reference so the payee will know the payment is from you
* Choose whether you would like the frequency of the payment to be one-off or regular
* Input the amount and select the date in which you would like the payment to leave your account, then Continue
* Check and Confirm your payment details
To send money to an account you've not paid into before:
* Select NEW PAYEE
* Input the payee's name, sort code and account number
To use the Mobile Banking App, simply log in to the Mobile App and select the Move money option then select Payments.
* Choose the payee from the list
* Input the amount you would like to transfer and then select Next
* Select whether to make the payment Now or Choose a date
* Select Make payment
* Choose Add a new payee
* Select Add payee
* You will be presented with a Make a payment now? Message, select Yes

We don't charge anything for making these types of payments @Conan but you may have to check if the recipient has any charges for receiving payment.
how much can be transferred at any one time?
You can transfer up to £10,000 online at one time
I registered Online yesterday. I want to move money out but I get this message "We've been unable to complete your transaction. Please try again." I have funds, the payee is properly set up, and the payment is less than £2000
What is preventing the payment from going through please?
Is the account fully opened @DailyG? Were you sent any documents to sign and return to us?
If you're unsure, just send @CET a private message with your name, date of birth and postcode so we can look into this. When sending your details please include a space between each character e.g A B 1 2 C D, 0 5 / 0 4 / 2 0 1 7 or the system removes this!
I have the saem problem, don''t understadn the private message feature in the Your Comminuty though

I can see that you have recently messages us, but for future, just click on the @CET link, and at the top right of the page is the option to Private message.You can also contact us on our Tesco Bank Facebook page or Twitter account @tescobankhelp - just include your full name, DOB and postcode when private messaging us.
