Hi bubbles2, I'm sorry you've had trouble applying online. So we can help you with this please give us a call on 0345 835 3353, advisors are available 24/7.
I have a New current account opened just yesterday which doesn't have wage transfer, direct debits or standing orders set up yet, I wish to have all my payments in and out transferred from my old bank account to qualify for 5,000 clubcard points. But after going to the college room to arrange this - I find there is no longer a link for this as you are refusing to take anymore new customers at present, how do I complete the full switch ?
Thanks for your interest in our current accounts. We will let you know when accounts are available again through our website, Social Media and Community.
@JCohen sorry to hear that you've not been able to switch your account. You can find out how to switch your account, using the following Link which has a step by step guide on how to complete this.
What is I want to transfer my standing orders and direct debits from my previus bank to my Tesco account?
p.s. I have tried to start a new post, but this site simply does not give me the option (that I can see)
Hi @pancakeclub, if you carry out the Current Account Switch Guarantee this will transfer across any existing payees, Direct Debits and standing orders and close the account you’re switching from. If you don’t want to transfer across everything or close the account you can request specific information to be transferred across manually which will take longer than the normal Switch Guarantee which is completed within 7 days from activating your card.
To make a new post all you need to do is go to the Help & Support board and up the top right there is an option to ‘Start a Topic’, just select this and post any queries you have in the future.
