I have a New current account opened just yesterday which doesn't have wage transfer, direct debits or standing orders set up yet, I wish to have all my payments in and out transferred from my old bank account to qualify for 5,000 clubcard points. But after going to the college room to arrange this - I find there is no longer a link for this as you are refusing to take anymore new customers at present, how do I complete the full switch ?

What is I want to transfer my standing orders and direct debits from my previus bank to my Tesco account?

Hi @pancakeclub, if you carry out the Current Account Switch Guarantee this will transfer across any existing payees, Direct Debits and standing orders and close the account you’re switching from. If you don’t want to transfer across everything or close the account you can request specific information to be transferred across manually which will take longer than the normal Switch Guarantee which is completed within 7 days from activating your card.
To make a new post all you need to do is go to the Help & Support board and up the top right there is an option to ‘Start a Topic’, just select this and post any queries you have in the future.

Hi @americano, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account. So I can look into this further for you, please send us a private message to our @CET account. You can either click the username or click here which will take you to our CET profile, you can then click the green 'Send a Message' button at the top right which means your information will be sent to us securely and privately.
In the message please explain your situation and include your name, date of birth, postcode and, if you have it, mobile number too! For details like your DOB, postcode and phone number, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system for security purposes.
