The interest relates to a Balance Transfer which was carried out before the start of this Annual Statement period. The statement period start and end dates, can be found in the top right hand corner of your Annual Statement.
I'm thinking of transferring a balance FROM my Tesco credit card to another card as a one-off. Is there any charge associated with doing this and how is this done?
Hi @Beaker-CT, we don't charge you at all, the other bank may charge you a fee to perform a balance transfer and they will be able to give more information about that. To perform a balance transfer you would contact your bank and request them to perform this transaction, they will then send us the amount you have stated and the transaction will be complete on our end. A balance transfer is essentially a lump sum payment going from one credit card to another, it shouldn't be too complicated but if you need any more help then don't hesitate to contact us
