I have just sent a private message as my account is showing as payment reversal on the direct debit date of the 12/08/19. I setup the direct debit with plenty of time. I have spoken to my bank and they can't see any attempt for this to be taken so the issue must lie at the Tesco end?
I want the fee to be refunded and not affect my credit rating..
