How often will I receive a Tesco Credit Card statement?

As long as there is activity on your account you will receive a statement once every month. We also send an annual statement in your anniversary month.

You can view your last 18 months worth of statements online by registering for Online Banking. With this option you’ll be able to view and print your online statement whenever you want and we’ll email you each month to tell you when your online statement is ready to view. Your Tesco Credit Card statement will show your account balance and a date by which you will need to make a minimum repayment.

Register for Online Banking

If you'd like some help getting started you can view our Registration demo which shows you a step-by-step guide of how to register.

Why not also reduce the clutter you receive through the letter box by turning off paper statements? It’s easy to do in Online Banking. Just log in, select 'Settings' from 'My overview' page and choose 'Paperless preferences'.

You can also view your monthly and annual statements over the last 20 months via the Mobile App.

I am going round in circles.  All I want to do is view my monthly Credit card statement.  You tell me I am using a device you do not recognise.  I have used this iPad with you for 3 years.

Hi shirlpops17, I'm really sorry you've had trouble logging in. Your device can become unrecognised if you clear your browser history or cookies. To get you back online we need to send you a temporary security number, please send a private message to @Tesco-Bank so we can get it reset for you.

Please note: don't include the @ symbol when putting in the contact details via private message, just CustomerSupport.

In the message explaining your situation, include your name, date of birth, postcode and, if you have it, mobile number.

For details like your DOB, postcode and phone number, we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D, 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6 and 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 otherwise the information is removed by the system.

Hi I have forgotten my password and all security details how can I get a new one set up without remembering my other security details ie if I phoned I would not remember the answers or details originally given

Hi @Tottenham1967, please follow the steps within the link below to reset your online banking.

I didn't get an email notification this month to let me know that my statement was ready - not sure why as I always get one. Can anyone check this out please?

@Sheriff241 have you checked your junk/spam folders to ensure it hasn't gone there by mistake? If not, then it's worthwhile removing your email address from the online banking then adding it on again.
