All debit cards are contactless. All newly issued MasterCard credit cards are contactless. Replacement contactless cards can be ordered through online banking and by following these steps: 1. Log in to Online Banking and scroll to your credit card account. 2. Once you have clicked on this, the blue box will expand. Please click 'More' on the right handside and then click 'Manage Account' to move onto the next step. 3. Within your credit card overview, select 'Manage your account' and then click 'Manage your account' again from the drop down list.  4. From the list available, select 'Get a replacement card' and follow the on screen instructions. Please note that contactless cards are not available to any of our Visa Credit Card or Mastercard Business Credit Card customers. If your card has this symbol on   , it's contactless.    You can use your Contactless card wherever you see the contactless symbol.     Please note: Before you can use your card to make a contactless payment, you'll need to have activated it and used it with your PIN (either to buy something or at a cash machine). You can use Contactless for purchases under £30. Sometimes, as a security measure, we may ask for your PIN when performing a contactless transaction. You're protected if your card is lost, stolen or charged incorrectly - you won't have to pay for any fraudulent use. Just make sure you contact us right away.

Contactless Cards can be used to make quick, easy and secure payments for purchases under £30. There's no need for a PIN or a signature, simply touch your card on a Contactless card reader. Before you can use your card to make a contactless payment, you'll need to have activated it and used it with your PIN either at an ATM or to buy something in store.
