Contactless Cards are debit, credit, charge or pre-paid cards which can be used to make quick, easy and secure payments for purchases under £30.
There's no need for a PIN or a signature, simply touch your card on a Contactless card reader.
Your card will need to be activated and you'll need to have used it to withdraw cash at an ATM or use your card to pay in a store before you can use it to make a Contactless payment.

Will I be able to use my contactless credit card only as a clubcard for purchases? I used to get a prompt asking if I wanted to pay using the card after the clubcard had been accepted.
Hi @brone, yes this is possible. Either make the till operator aware at the point of purchase or scan the card when indicated on a self-service checkout then select a different payment option after the Clubcard has been accepted. I hope this information helps.
