I don't know my security number and have managed to now lock myself out of online banking. I can still use the app because of fingerprint recognition. Can this be rectified online or do I have to call?
You can reset this online if you have a recognised device. If not, you can message our @CET account with your details and we can help get that reset for you without having to call! You'd just need to message that account confirming your name, date of birth, postcode and mobile number. When doing so just make sure and include a space between each character or else the details won't come through to us
