You can check your balance via online banking, telephone banking and your balance is also detailed on your Clubcard Plus statement.
I have tried signing in. Great. No problem. Sorry but there doesn't seem to be the option to view your account balance!
Online banking offers no Clubcard Account option. It asks if you have a credit card, a savings a so on and so on but I've tried every option without success.
Where is that elusive Clubcard Plus account option to view your statement ... EXACTLY? What page? What link? WHERE is it?!!!!
Hi @DRVN1, I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems viewing your account. It sounds like you've set up online banking, can I ask what account it's currently linked to? A Clubcard Plus account is classed as a Savings account, so if you have the option to link your online banking to a Savings account, you can use the sort code and account number you'd find on your statements to set this up.
If that doesn't help, please send us a message to our CET account with your detail as mentioned in this post and we can look further into this for you.
I have a similar problem. I have an old cardplus account that has been dormant for some time. Although I have asked for an up to date statement, Tesco have not provided one. I have tried to register online but the only sorting code I have is 83-65-90.
I have been sent a temporary security number but still can't register as I need a valid sortcode

Sorry to hear about that @slaterg. Do you still have any statements from us? That should confirm the account details you'll need. If not, call our team on 0345 678 5678, available 8am - 10pm on weekdays and 9am - 5pm at the weekend, and they'll be able to send the details out.
