COVID-19

I’ve received a letter about being in arrears but I have a payment break in place, what do I do?

If you’ve received confirmation that your COVID-19 payment break is in place then you don’t need to do anything else.

There are some letters which will continue to be sent to you during the payment break. Some of these are a legal requirement and cannot be stopped. We appreciate that receiving these can be distressing and whilst we can’t stop these going out we want to reassure you that you can ignore them, as long as you’ve received confirmation that the payment break is in place.

Hi, I would like to apply for payment holiday on my loan how can I avoid all of this inconviniance? If I Contact you via phone will it make any difference? I want to make sure that my credit score will not be affected and all those unnecessary letters and messages avoided?

Good afternoon, I received the confirmation of my credit card payment holiday last month and I know that I will receive missed payment letters but I’ve just received one stating that fixed rates have been removed. Is this just an automatic letter that can be ignored like the late payment ones or has the fixed rate been removed? I have only missed one payment.
