Hi, have a loan with you and have got a covid19 break from you, have just received a letter to say that they haven’t received a payment from me.

Hi @Poppy23, sorry to hear about that! If you have received an automatic reply to your payment delay request, then please don’t worry. Please follow the steps within the email and ignore any correspondence regarding missed payments. We will be back in touch when your payment break has been applied. Any late payment fees will be refunded, and it will have no effect on your credit file. Thanks for your patience during this time!

Why have I received a letter saying you have not received a payment on my credit card and I am now losing my fixed rate on it. I didnt know this if you are on a payment holiday

Hi @Joey123, I'm sorry to hear that. The response that Kelly has given above explains this. Apologies for any confusion.

Will I also get my promotion rate too

0% options are not affected by the payment break.

I received a text message confirming my loan payment break is in place on 30/04/20. I have now received a letter saying if we don't pay we will receive a default notice. Is this normal and safe to ignore this letter or does this suggest the payment break may not be in place properly? Thanks

Hi @Lyns2103, this question is answered in the previous responses on the post 🙂

Hey guys,

I have been Furloughed for the foreseeable future and I am looking to know if you have anything in place due to Covid for Car insurance?

Hi @Michaelde37, thanks for your message. Please contact our Car Insurance team and they can discuss this with you, they will do everything they can to help. They're available on 0345 246 2895 (Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am - 2pm) - Christina
