I need to make an amendment to my policy (change of vehicle/change of address/change of named drivers), how can I do this?

I have been trying for several months now to change my address details but have been unable to do this for various reasons relating to your rather akward online services, can someone please contact me, not the details i have already registered as the address and tel No's are different, or please provide  the information to do this online.
