dear sirs i have logged onto my car insurance account twice and both times, it is impossible to add files to the screen on the insurance account page,  as i have explained, i did not give permission to renew the car policy in august, as the vehicle was sold in march of this year,   the lady i spoke to said to send proof of sale, she would credit my account for the over payments, and offset the £40 cancellation fee,  however, there should be no cancellation fee, as I never gave any permission to renew the policy after its lapse,  this is the only proof i have, the vehicle was sold to a trader, who processed all the documentation online with the DVLA,  my car insurance account number is **sensitive information removed**,  if you require any further information you have my contact details, as i do not wish to add any more information to an open forum, many thanks Ian Drapersale of car 1st of march 2020sale of car 1st of march 2020
