You can change your personal details including your addresses, email, or phone number at any time. Go to Settings and select Wallet & Apple Pay to update your information.   To update the billing address for a card, go to Settings and select Wallet & Apple Pay, select your card and select the billing address.

You’ll get your additional points as normal while you’re shopping.   If you’re using Apple Pay in a Tesco store that supports contactless payments, swipe your Clubcard before you pay to get your points as well.   Points applied on purchase and minimum spend required. You must have available credit.

If you need to return an item that you have bought in a store, we recommend that you take the card you used to make the purchase with you, as some merchants may need to see this as part of the refund process. They may ask you to enter the card PIN into the shop’s card reader.   The merchant may be able to use the Device Account Number (your device card number) to find your purchase and process the return, as they would with a traditional credit card or debit card payment. To see the last 4 or 5 digits of the Device Account Number for your iPhone or iPad go to Wallet, select your card and then tap the 'i' icon.

Most retailers who accept contactless payments will accept Apple Pay whether they’re in the UK or overseas. Different transaction limits will apply depending on which country you’re in. Make sure you have a personal Tesco Bank credit card that features the MasterCard logo or a Tesco Bank debit card. Make sure that you have an eligible Apple device. If you replace or update your device, you will need to add your card(s) again to the Wallet app using the same Apple Pay set up process as you did before. Be sure to remove your card(s) from Apple Pay before you dispose of your device.

Apple Pay is secure. A unique Device Account Number is securely stored on your Apple device, so you can make payments. Your card details are not held on your device, shared with the retailer or stored on Apple servers.   Payments can only be made once authenticated by you through Touch ID or your passcode.   If your iPhone or iPad is ever lost or stolen, you can use Find My iPhone to put your device in Lost Mode to suspend Apple Pay, or you can remove Apple Pay from your device completely. Whatever you decide to do, you’ll still be able to use your Tesco Bank card as normal while shopping.   You're protected if your card is lost, stolen or charged incorrectly.   For Credit Cards - just contact us straight away on 0345 300 4278*,Textphone 01423 532 152 or +44 1268 508 027 if you are out of the country. We will close your card so that no further purchases can be made.   For Debit Cards - Call us straight away on 0345 835 3353* (or minicom 0345 366 6471*) to report your current account debit card lost or stolen.
