What if I haven’t received my one-time passcode?

Your Apple Pay verification code will be sent to the mobile number that we have on record. If your number has changed, please contact us to update your records.


You should receive the passcode within 15 minutes. If you don’t receive this please try again, or contact us.


My mobile number has changed and I would like you to post out a one time access code as I am unable to access my account.


As the One Time Access Code is only valid for 10 minutes we would not be able to post this out to you, although we can arrange to reset your Online Banking details. That would involve us posting a Temporary Security Number (TSN) which is valid for 30 days and would then allow you to continue your log in and update your mobile number online. 

So that we can arrange this, please get in touch via our @Tesco-Bank account by sending a private message including your DOB and postcode along with your query. When sending your personal details please ensure you leave a space between each of the characters as shown below. Alternatively you can call our Online Helpdesk on 0345 300 3511 anytime any my colleagues will then update your mobile number over the phone.

hi, i am trying to purchase something online with my Tesco Bank MasterCard, my purchase failed because i never received the Tesco verification passcode, i think you have the correct mobile phone number, i dont have a landline, what can i do to receive the passcode please
