Hello @ELIZABETHDIGNEYAs the One Time Access Code is only valid for 10 minutes we would not be able to post this out to you, although we can arrange to reset your Online Banking details. That would involve us posting a Temporary Security Number (TSN) which is valid for 30 days and would then allow you to continue your log in and update your mobile number online. So that we can arrange this, please get in touch via our @Tesco-Bank account by sending a private message including your DOB and postcode along with your query. When sending your personal details please ensure you leave a space between each of the characters as shown below.
