Sorry for late reply. This happens when I'm on the website. I've already got the Tesco Bank app, so why would I want the Tesco Pay app as well?
It usually takes me approx six attempts to log out as the touchscreen interface is very temperamental.
Why isn't there the option to send a secure message via the Tesco banking app? Other banks do this and I find it more convenient.
