Well, I spoke to a human and they unblocked my PIN but the card still doesn't work. I'll have to call back again and try something else.

Hi @ Jfm Have you had any feedback yet? My claim took 10 weeks, it really felt like the longest 10 weeks of my life! I was finally successful only then for the supplier to dispute the charge back. It is a very long process and really does drive you insane waiting but try to be patient and not lose the plot. It will get sorted eventually - im still waiting to hear if the suppliers dispute has been successful or if I can keep the refund I received. Hang in there. Regards
