We have tried something in the latest version of the App for those users with Samsung Galaxy Note 9s and Huawei P20s who were continuously seeing an ‘incompatible device’ alert when trying to download our app in the Play Store.
We are waiting for initial monitoring before confirming anything. But please do go and try if you have been unable to access the app as a user of either of these devices.
Let us know if you’re able to download our app successfully.
