I submitted a dispute for my vacation in Butlins as the holiday was cancelled due to locked down. I can't reach them to give me a refund either.
I was told I should have heard back from Tesco within 6 weeks.
Now I haven't heard anything yet.
Is there anyway I can get an update and my money back?

I'm sorry to hear you didn't get an update to your dispute.
When you submitted your dispute you should've received an acknowledgement.
Please send Tesco bank a private message so they can take a closer look.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it and send your message securey and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message.
