I’m waiting on a refund from a holiday that I paid for March 2020. They say it’s been paid back to me but not showing.
ive had a new card issued since that payment. Will that make a difference?

The company pays your refund back onto the card it was charged on and it can take a week or two from when they say they've actioned the refund.
I've had refunds on several occasions and its took a while to show on my statement.
No problem with having a new card, the refund will go back to your new card automatically.
The best solution would be to send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' so this can be checked out and an appropriate response can be provided.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message, with an update.
