Are your sent and received messages from the previous community site?
If so I'm sorry to say they were not merged over to the new site.
You could send Tesco Bank a private message if there's something specific you need.

when did this happen..i was sending messages about 2 weeks ago to tesco about a dispute and all info and emails have vanished..

To do this click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode
