Hello Tesco, I used to be a customer here and I need a copy of the last proof of No Claims Discount you have available for my car insurance. There is no longer any record of it in my online member account. I'd like to discuss more in private, but communications have been cut to a minimum due to your COVID-19 policies and I'm unable to find a telephone number for Tesco Car Insurance. Perhaps, could there be some way you can find it and send it to my registered email address, please?

Thanks. As the policy was cancelled mid-term we can't send the document digitally, I'm afraid, as you no longer have access to your online account. However, I have arranged for the proof to be posted and this will be with you within 3-5 working days. Hope this helps - Chris
