Hi there everybody, I've been trying to get in touch with Tesco since Tuesday however everyday I've had to wait an hour on the phone lines and the call just drops off, yesterday after waiting 2 hours I finally got through and was told on the phone that by the end of yesterdays business day my card would return to normal and now today nothing has happened I'm still having the same problem and I was promised on the phone that it would go back to normal by today. I don't know what I should do I've been unable to use my card for a week now and this is my main card

Hi there! I saw your message and my account is still having the same problem - even though pending charges have fallen off the credit has not refreshed, could someone please look into my account and try and fix the problem! Thanks!
