How do I know if my travel dispute is being actioned?

Sent email on 14 May 2020 with completed dispute form. Sent 2 emails on 9 June both containing supporting claim documentation. Have not heard anything since then. Advice on what to do next please

I suggest you send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' to get an update to your dispute.

Click on this link and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.

Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.

A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.

Complete it and send your message securely.

Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.

You will get a reply after they've had chance to look into this for you.
