Credit Card Claim

Hi there,

i made a credit card claim back on 13th august and haven't heard anything since. it says on the email to wait 6 weeks then contact you if i havent heard anything, it has now been 8 weeks and I'm yet to hear anything.

please could you advise?

As Keigan has suggested please send Tesco Bank a private message so they can check your claim out and provide you with an update.

Complete it and send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
