I want to set up an online account with Tesco but I don't have a mobile phone (problems with reception). Can I set uup an account without a mobile, using my landline number?
Do you need some help?

Hi @kettle
A mobile phone is used to send a code via text.
I suggest you send Tesco Bank a private message so they can advise you accordingly.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message', send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message.

In the future should you consider a smartphone it's worth pointing out both EE and Three offer Wi-Fi Calling-both for calling and text messages.
