Why isn't there the option to send a secure message via the Tesco banking app? Other banks do this and I find it more convenient.

I agree, but you can send secure private messages via this platform from your mobile.

I can see it can be frustrating not being able to send a secure message via the Tesco banking app.
However I agree with @CSKBrambles that a secure private message can be sent through this community platform.
