Difficulty logging out using Android Chrome

If it’s when you’re using the website, we do also have a mobile app available for android devices. This may be easier to use rather than on the website on your android device, as it’s designed for portable devices. I hope this helps! - Cheryl

The Tesco Bank mobile app works brilliantly, in my experience it knocks spots off the Tesco Bank website app for speed and efficiency.

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with logging out.
When I use the Tesco Bank website on a laptop which I do mostly and I can't say I've experienced any difficulties.

Sorry for late reply. This happens when I'm on the website. I've already got the Tesco Bank app, so why would I want the Tesco Pay app as well?
