My card was recently blocked with suspected fraud when I was booking a flight online.
After going through extensive security with two advisers I was told my card was unblocked.
However, while I can now use it in shops, I am unable to use it online and the verification code box no longer comes up and is blocked.
How can this be fixed? I have already been on the phone to customer services three times (despite two people saying it should be working as normal) and now on hold with no answer.
Do you need some help?

Thank you- it’s literally just been resolved by the security/fraud team and not all the blocks had been fully taken off but sorted now - thank you for responding!
