I have again having problems paying Tesco credit card through the app click on make a payment, click statement balance, click listed bank connect to bank. Anything over £1000 shows on bank as you are about to pay £1 and like wise £2000 you are about to pay £2 anything under a £1000 pound shows the correct amount. Have deleted app and reinstalled with no success. Any help much appreciated

I'm really sorry to hear you're having difficulties again, it sounds really annoying!!
When you deleted the App did you clear your cookies before reinstalling it?
Or as an alternative you could pay via online banking.
Best thing is to send Tesco Bank a private message and ask them to look into this for you.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message, with the appropriate response.
