I received the following message about my disputed transaction,
‘Your dispute has been processed and refunded to your account. The retailer has 45 days to challenge this, we will contact you if this happens. Thank you.’
It has been over 45 days and I have heard nothing about it being challenged, can I assume the refund is now secure and the money is mine to keep?

The retailer has approximately 45 days to respond, if they wish to dispute it.
As it's now been over the 45 days the money is yours.
However, I suggest you send Tesco Bank a private message and ask them for confirmation.
Click on this link Tesco-Bank then scroll down, on the left hand side click 'Send Private Message'.
Complete it, click 'Submit Message' and this will send your message securely and privately.
Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
You will receive a reply to your private message, with the appropriate response.
